Rotary International is an organisation of service clubs known as Rotary Clubs located all over the world. It aims to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.

 

With 1.2 million members, also known as Rotarians, from different occupations, cultures and countries, Rotary is given a unique perspective to create positive, lasting change in communities and around the world regardless of race, colour, creed, gender, or political preference.

 

Through the network of resources and partners, Rotary helps its clubs focus their service efforts in promoting peace, fighting disease, providing clean water, saving mothers and children, supporting education, and growing local economies.
